    Hans Heinrich Reckeweg 1905 - 1985

    Hans Heinrich Reckeweg 1905 - 1985 was a German orthodox physician who converted to homeopathy and began to produce a range of remedies called Homotoxicology, GmbH

    Reckeweg was a friend of August Karl Gustav Bier,

    In 1924 - 1930, Reckeweg  studied medicine in Würzburg, Munster, Berlin and Bonn.

    In Berlin, he came in contact with homeopathy through August Karl Gustav Bier. Reckeweg completed his PhD in Bonn in 1930.

    In 1930 - 1932 he was an assistant in Knappschaftskrankenhaus Voelklingen and in the inner ward of Hospital Hamburg Harburg.

    After marrying his wife Margaret, nee Stehle, they moved to Berlin.

    In 1936, he founded the drug company Heel Inc, whose name is an acronym from the phrase “H erba e st E x L uce”.

    In 1946, he was released from captivity and moved to Triberg.

    In 1948 - 1949 he developed Homotoxocology and Antihomotoxic therapy.

    In 1954, the firm relocated to its current location in Baden-Baden.
